This platform operates as a completely independent hosting service. Misuse of our support channels, including tickets, may result in the disabling of your account. Contact us only if there is an issue with the server.

• Configuration Requests - If you have a fully managed dedicated server with us, we offer custom PHP/MySQL configurations, firewalls for dedicated IPs, DNS, and httpd configurations.
• Software Requests - Cpanel Extension Installation will be granted as long as it does not interfere with the security, stability, and performance of other users on the server.
• Emergency Support - We do not provide emergency support, phone support, or live chat support. Support response time may vary.
• Webmaster Help - We do not offer support for webmaster-related issues and difficulties, including coding and installations, except for server-related library or configuration issues if feasible from our end.
• Backups - While we keep backups, we are not responsible for data loss. You are fully responsible for all backups.
• Prohibited Content - We strictly prohibit the hosting of any illegal or harmful content, including child pornography, spam, phishing pages, malicious hacking materials, and more.
• Exploitation and Abuse - Running exploitation scripts, attempting to hack or exploit the server, malicious botnets, resource and cronjob abuse, and other forms of abuse are strictly forbidden and may result in account termination.
• No Refunds for Violations - No credit or refund will be granted for interruptions of service due to violations of our user agreement.
• Expiration and Payouts - All plans expire one year after purchase. Weekly payouts are calculated based on actual rewards per neuron.
